After more than 10 years of training and accumulation, Yuhong has developed into more than 2000 employees. From its establishment to maturity, the company has gone through an extraordinary road of entrepreneurship and self-improvement, from struggling in adversity in the past to the firm and proud achievements of today.
The company firmly believes that the personal interests of employees are closely related to the development of the enterprise. For individuals, they should always "cultivate their moral integrity", actively "join the WTO" and then "build a career"; for the company, it should take "benevolence" as the foundation, abide by the Confucian and Mencius principles, and make contributions to the country at the top, and seek benefits for customers and employees at the bottom by making the enterprise bigger, stronger and longer.
Although the company's corporate culture construction has made some achievements in the research, excavation, inheritance and development of Confucianism, there is still a long way to go. Corporate culture still needs to refine a set of systematic theoretical system of Confucianism. It advocates that the long-term development of enterprises should be guided by the Confucian thought of "benevolence" as the foundation, "Rites" as the key, harmony as the tool, faith and righteousness as the rope, and the doctrine of the mean as the law.
Yuhong people will start with a screw, a piece of glass and a production chain to build a green Great Wall of China's door and window industry.
